Elite – Sauvignon Blanc
A straw-yellow wine with green inflexions, bright, with intense aromas of elder, acacia and white flowers. Refreshing and comforting taste balanced between the floral and fruity notes, with an above average acidity and a long and elegant finish.
Culinary pairing: seafood salads, grilled small fish, mozzarella with olive oil and aromatic herbs.
The grapes were harvested mechanically at night and pressed on low pressure. Then cold débourbage is followed by slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 16º-18º C, for 20 days. The wine has matured on fine yeasts.
Recommended serving temperature:
11ºC - 13ºC. Any deposits certify the minimum number of interventions that are made on the wine.
